Three editions, and operations that range from one room to several warehouses — a table of tiers would be a guess dressed up as a number. Tell us what you run and you get a figure for that, not for the average of everyone else.

What we'll ask

Five questions.

The whole quote comes out of these. There is no discovery process to sit through.

Which edition?

Inventory, care practices or creator agencies. They are different products with different pages, so they are quoted differently.

How big is the operation?

Warehouses for an inventory operation, homes and clients for a practice, creators on the roster for an agency. This is the number that actually moves.

How many people need a login?

Everyone who scans, visits, reviews or reconciles. Roles are yours to shape afterwards — someone who only scans does not need to be shown what anything cost.

What has to come across?

Existing stock, an existing client register, a roster and its history. Whether there is data to bring over changes the setup, not the software.

Who sets it up?

Accounts are not self-serve. We provision the company, its edition and its first roles with you, then your team joins on invite links.

Included whatever you run

Your own isolated database, roles you shape yourself down to individual figures on a page, invite links for the team, background processing, and the record of who changed what. None of it is a separate line.

One email naming the edition you think you need and roughly how big the operation is — that is enough for us to come back with a number.
